Junior Python Developer

As a Junior Python Developer, you'll join our engineering team to build the backend systems that power our autonomous AI agent platform. You'll work alongside senior engineers and ML teammates to deliver scalable, reliable services that support real-time agent workflows.

We're looking for someone sharp, curious, and eager to grow — strong fundamentals matter more to us than years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs supporting AI agent orchestration and data pipelines
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
• Support the design and implementation of databases, messaging systems, and data integrations
• Collaborate with ML and frontend teams to integrate models and features into production
• Help monitor system performance, debug issues, and contribute to reliability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and improving backend best practices

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional Python experience (internships, open source, or strong personal projects count)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with a solid grasp of time and space complexity
• Clean, idiomatic Python and a good sense for choosing the right tool for the job
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and writing testable code
• A genuine curiosity for how things work under the hood

Nice to Haves

• Participation in competitive programming contests
• Olympiad background in informatics or mathematics
• Exposure to backend development, REST APIs, or databases
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD workflows
• Open-source contributions
