Principal React Developer (offline)

Customer is a leading software and services provider to communications and media companies. Founded in 1982 in Israel, the company now is headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Customer specializes in software and services development for communications, media and financial services providers and digital enterprises for such companies like AT&T and Vodafone. The company develops a billing software system, customer-relationship management system and operations support system mostly for telecom industry. Among company’s top clients — Sprint-Nextel, Vodafone, Verizon, SBC and others.

Requirements:
1. At least 6 years of development experience is a must
2. ReactJS – at least 4 years of REACT experience is a must
3. CSS3/SCSS experience – must have
4. TDD/BDD development knowledge - is advantage
5. Nice to have knowledge:
a. Webpack
b. Gulp
c. Enzyme/Sinnon
d. Mocha/Chai
e. Lot of Appetite to learn new things
6. Upper-intermediate English level

Key responsibilities:
1. Engineering - Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and/or maintains software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.
2. Investigation - Investigates issues by reviewing/debugging code, provides fixes (analyze and fix bugs) and workarounds, reviews changes for interoperability to maintain existing software solutions.
3. Analysis - Analyzes requirement documents/HLDs. Performs impact assessment (for example, for critical production issues) and contributes to Root Cause Analysis of issues and outlines corrective actions.
4. Team Work, Collaboration and Empowerment - Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, provides comments and suggestions, makes decisions together quickly and effectively, and works with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
5. Technical Ownership - Assumes technical accountability for his/her specific work products within an application and provides technical support during solution design for new requirements. Ensures that documentation related to specific modules/applications is correct and up to date.
6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Actively searches for innovation, continuous improvement and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
7. Quality and SLAs - Contribute to meet various SLAs and KPIs as applicable. Ensures assigned tasks are completed on time and delivery timelines are met in accordance with quality targets of the organization.
