Tech Lead (React.js/Elixir/Ruby on Rails) (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Project architecture, code development and lead technical decisions
- Code reviews
- Perform analysis, verification, and debugging of the software code
- Writing of program code according to the defined application architecture
- Make an estimations of new projects & creation of tasks
- Team leading and mentoring

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years' experience in front-end development (HTML5, CSS (Sass /PostCss), JavaScript (ES 6/7))
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, React.js, Redux
- 1+ years of experience working with Elixir or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with relational SQL databases (i.e. Postrges): data modeling, query optimizations
- English (no lower than Upper Intermediate)
