IT Researcher (offline)

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the overall needs and requirements for developing the job postings on various job posting websites (i.e. DOU, LinkedIn, Djinni etc.)
• Manage the various aspects of the recruitment process like sourcing activities, market research (i.e., referrals, job posting websites, job fairs, etc.)
• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Maintain a regular supply of “fresh” candidates

Qualifications & Experience:
• Solid knowledge of IT market
• Working experience with different social recruiting and applicant tracking systems preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, dynamic fast-paced environment
• Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed as well as working within a team
• Strong time management skills
• Great Positive Attitude
• At least Intermediate level of English
