Senior Business Analyst — MedTech / Healthcare / Payment Gateway Systems

Dexis Development is urgently looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a MedTech / Healthcare project.

We are looking for a strong BA with experience in healthcare-related products, complex business processes, integrations, and payment gateway systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in MedTech / Healthcare
• Experience with payment gateway systems / payment integrations
• Understanding of API integrations and product workflows
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Experience working with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Excellent communication skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced
• Russian or Ukrainian — required
• French — advantage

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Communicate with business stakeholders and product teams
• Describe user flows, business processes, and integration logic
• Work closely with developers, QA, PM, and product stakeholders
• Support discovery, estimation, and delivery phases
• Help define clear requirements for healthcare and payment-related features

The project is in the MedTech / Healthcare domain and involves healthcare workflows, secure integrations, and payment gateway systems.
