Python Backend Developer / AI Project

We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer to support an AI related project for a corporate client.

The consultant will work as part of a small external team under technical supervision and support the development of backend components for an AI driven solution.
 

Project context

The client is currently preparing an AI project and wants to move quickly with external consulting support. The final technical setup is still being clarified, but the core requirement is strong Python backend expertise with the ability to work in a modern cloud and DevOps oriented environment.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Python
• Support the architecture and implementation of AI related backend components
• Work closely with Data Engineering and DevOps specialists
• Build clean, scalable and maintainable backend logic
• Participate in technical discussions and clarification with the project lead
• Support integration with cloud infrastructure and data pipelines where needed
   

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python backend development
• Experience with APIs, backend services and scalable architectures
• Good understanding of modern software engineering practices
• Experience in AI, data, ML or analytics related projects is a plus
• Cloud experience is beneficial, especially AWS or Azure
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent English communication
