SEO Growth Specialist (Adult / AI / Programmatic SEO)

We are looking for an SEO operator (not strategist-only) who can:

Rapidly grow organic traffic
Identify and execute ranking opportunities
Help us reach 100+ paid users/month via SEO in the next 1–2 months
 

We are NOT looking for:

generic SEO consultants
agency account managers
people focused only on reports/audits

execution-focused SEO growth hacker
someone who has ranked pages in competitive niches
ideally experience in:

- adult

- AI tools

- marketplaces

- SaaS with programmatic SEO

Core Responsibilities:
1. SEO Growth Strategy (fast execution)

Identify high-intent keywords
Define landing page strategy
Prioritize pages that can rank in <30 days
3. On-site optimization

Improve CTR (titles, descriptions)
Ensure pages are indexable and ranking-ready
4. Link Building Strategy (critical)

Define safe + effective link acquisition plan
👉 Must understand:
what works vs what gets penalized
5. Rapid Experimentation

Test pages → measure → iterate
Work closely with dev team to deploy fast
