Senior Tech Lead

About the Role 

We are building a critical security layer for AI agents to prevent compromise and manipulation. We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead to become our technical foundation. 

This role is for an independent, "full-stack" leader who is equally confident in Go and React. We need a professional with a heavy background in SaaS and a heavy AI-coding workflow. We expect you to be an AI-native engineer who leverages models (Cursor, LLMs) for 80% of your work to maintain extreme velocity without sacrificing quality. 
 

What You Will Do 

• Design and develop the core product from scratch (security for AI agents). 
• Full cycle of responsibility for technical decisions — from idea to production deployment. 
• Build a scalable and resilient SaaS architecture. 
• Independently manage priorities and tasks without the need for micro-management or onboarding. 

Requirements 

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development. 
• Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of Golang and React. 
• Experience in developing complex SaaS products. Understanding of cybersecurity principles is a significant advantage. 
• You have already integrated AI models into your development process and effectively use them to write code. 
• Strong and confident English (Upper-Intermediate+). 
• High level of responsibility, autonomy and the ability to make fast decisions in a startup environment.
