Affiliate Manager (iGaming) - Bring Your Network, Launch Day One
 

SoftVault is a B2B iGaming platform provider based in Limassol, Cyprus. We power turnkey, white-label, and crypto casino solutions for operators worldwide and we're scaling our own brands aggressively into Q3 2026.
 

We're looking for an Affiliate Manager who already has the relationships. Not someone who'll spend 6 months building a network from scratch - someone who can plug in their existing affiliate book on day one and start driving FTDs in week two.
 

About the role

You'll own the affiliate channel end-to-end: onboarding partners from your existing network, negotiating CPA / RevShare / hybrid deals, managing day-to-day relationships, and optimizing performance. You'll have full autonomy on deal structures within budget and direct access to me (Finn, the founder) for anything that needs fast sign-off.
 

GEOs and verticals

Our priority is LATAM — specifically Brazil and Mexico — with a strong focus on sportsbetting. 

That said, we're open to applications from managers covering any GEO (Tier 1 EU, MENA, CIS, Asia, Africa) as long as you have a real, active affiliate book in that market. Casino-focused candidates are also welcome.

What you bring

• A documented book of active affiliate relationships you can onboard immediately
• 2+ years managing affiliates in iGaming (casino, sportsbook, or both)
• Hands-on experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals
• Comfort working independently and reporting on performance honestly
• Fluent English; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a major plus for the LATAM focus
   

Compensation

$3,000/month base + performance bonuses tied to the net revenue from your portfolio. Bonus structure is negotiable based on what you bring to the table — bring us a strong book and we'll build a package that rewards it properly. Top performers can realistically earn $6,000–$10,000+/month within 90 days.
