Interaction Partners is a Switzerland-based company at the intersection of investor relations and AI. Our core product, DIRO (Digital Investor Relations Officer), is an AI-powered IR assistant deployed by listed companies in Switzerland, e.g. at BKW. schedulR, our IR

platform, powers event management, news distribution, and CRM workflows for Swiss and German listed companies and SIX, and the Swiss Exchange.

 

GEO is our next product layer. DIRO already ingests, structures, and enriches IR data daily. The recurring GEO audit and AI-optimized subpage are the natural extension: making that data visible not only to human visitors, but to the AI systems that are increasingly shaping

how companies are perceived by investors and analysts - and tracking whether it is working.

Required:

β€’ Hands-on GEO experience - you have actively worked on AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and can demonstrate what that work looks like in practice. 

β€’ 3+ years of solid SEO experience - technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content structure are the foundation you bring to GEO work.

β€’ Ability to build a structured, repeatable methodology from scratch: scoring frameworks, audit templates, measurement logic.

β€’ Ability to communicate findings and solutions clearly in English - the audience is CFOs and IR heads, not technical teams.

β€’ Comfortable working independently and driving your own priorities without close supervision.

β€’ Hands-on experience with crawlability and indexation controls (robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags) and structured data implementation (schema markup, JSON-LD).

 

Nice to have

β€’ Experience in financial services, SaaS, or regulated industries.

β€’ Familiarity with llms.txt and emerging AI-indexing standards.

β€’ Python or scripting skills for automating parts of the audit or subpage generation process.

β€’ Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, or Looker Studio.

 

What you will do:

β€’ Design and run recurring GEO audits on listed companies’ IR websites: establish baselines, track how AI systems interpret and surface IR content over time, and measure the impact of optimisation work.

β€’ Build and continuously refine the audit methodology: define what to check, how to score it, and how to communicate findings to IR teams who are not SEO specialists.

β€’ Develop the AI-optimized subpage product: design the structured, machine-readable layer for issuer websites - specifying schema, content architecture, and data flow β€” and work with our back-end engineer and our tech lead to implement it.

β€’ Apply technical SEO best practices across both audit and subpage work: schema markup, structured data, content architecture, crawlability, llms.txt.

β€’ Identify patterns across IR websites that help or hinder visibility in AI-driven environments and translate them into repeatable recommendations.

β€’ Contribute to the product narrative: turn audit findings and results data into positioning and sales materials for IR teams at listed companies.

β€’ Work closely with the founding team - this is a small operation and your output will be visible immediately.
