IT Recruiter (offline)

The perfect candidate has the ability to learn, brainstorm, communicate perfectly with IT people.

The person should be a good match for this dynamic culture, adaptable to change, with a high sense of urgency to help our young team roll out new processes, programs, and policies.

Role description:
● Cooperation with HR Lead on Recruiting Processes' enhancement
● Leading the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing
● Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting
● Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates' evaluation and presentation
● Providing top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within IT area
● Cooperation with local project managers on positions open with their teams on daily basis
● Reporting to HR Lead on a daily basis about recruitment workflow and results

Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists at international companies or recruitment agencies
● Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
● Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process smoothly and quickly
● Understanding of IT domain specifics and job market
● Experience in communication with foreign clients
● Upper-Intermediate level of written and conversational English

Personal qualities:
● A self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode
● Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude
