Chief Financial Officer (offline)

Requirements:

- You have 3+ years of experience as a CFO;
- Experience in finance 7+ years;
- Working experience in international companies;
- Expertise in organizing a clear structure of interaction between the financial department and other departments;
- Working experience in the product company / SaaS company, have a good understanding of the work of companies oriented on the product / service;
- Expertise in management reporting P&L, Cash Flow, balance;
- A proactive approach to decision making;
- Experience in building business models and understanding of unit economics.
- Advanced level of English.

Your responsibilities:

- Study and involvement in the project. Understanding the goals of the company and the market as a whole to build effective financial strategies;
- Organization of the business structure of the company. Legal entity in Europe, Ukraine;
- Planning and budgeting for a month, quarter, year;
- Preparation of management reports P&L, Cash Flow, balance;
- Budget planning;
- Calculation of Break-Even Point;
- Development and implementation of a financial strategy;
- Organization of a clear structure of interaction between the financial department and other departments of the company;
- Building of business models, unit economies and impact on key company metrics;
- Formation of a team of the financial department;
- Organization of work with external contractors.
