Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that builds scalable B2B digital platforms. We operate in a dynamic, high-volume transactional environment where financial transparency and strategic thinking directly drive business growth.

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will take full ownership of the company’s financial function - from strategy and planning to execution and team development. This role is not just about reporting; it’s about partnering with the business, influencing key decisions, and building a financial system that scales alongside the product.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s financial strategy in line with business goals
• Build and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee cash flow and ensure financial stability
• Own and manage P&L, analyze profitability across business units and initiatives
• Optimize costs and improve the efficiency of financial processes
• Build transparent and insightful management reporting for stakeholders
• Identify financial risks and implement internal controls and compliance frameworks
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team in strategic decision-making
• Lead, develop, and scale the finance team
• Contribute to key strategic initiatives (scaling, market expansion, business structure optimization)

What We’re Looking For
 

• 5+ years of experience in finance, including experience as Head of Finance / CFO or readiness to step into this role
• Experience in international digital or high-volume transactional businesses
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven experience working with P&L, cash flow, and unit economics
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing financial processes and systems
• Experience working with multi-jurisdictional structures and multiple currencies
• Solid understanding of financial risks, controls, and compliance
• Experience managing and developing finance teams
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with BI or ERP systems is a plus
  Upper-Intermediate+ level of English

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-transactional or operationally complex businesses
• Background in fintech, SaaS, product, or digital environments
• Experience building finance functions from scratch or leading transformations
• Experience working with international payment systems
• Experience raising investments or working with investors
• Experience with financial automation and implementation of BI / ERP systems
