CRM/Email Marketing TeamLead

We are an international product company in the iGaming industry that successfully operates on global markets. Due to our constant development and expansion, we are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our CRM team. We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented Email Marketing TeamLead who has a strong desire to develop in the retention field.

Mission:

The mission of the Email Marketing TeamLead is to take responsibility for the team and strategic communication with the target audience. This involves developing targeted mailings, collaborating with the CRM department for the configuration and analysis of communications, enhancing content in coordination with the content department, and monitoring the chain of trigger emails.
 

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing within the iGaming industry (Team Lead or Senior level)
• Solid knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML and email layout design
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Sheets / Excel
• Basic knowledge of UTM parameters and campaign tracking
• English — upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher
• Strong organizational and communication skills
   

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the email marketing team: provide guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Plan, create, and execute email campaigns (promotional and informational) across multiple GEOs
• Optimize and edit email templates: update CTAs, links, logos, and other visual elements using basic HTML
• Strong expertise in email marketing
• Experience in managing SMS campaigns
• Cross-branding strategy and execution skills
• Work with recipient databases: segment audiences based on engagement, behavioral or campaign-specific criteria
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, etc.
• Support in running A/B tests to improve email effectiveness using built-in tools
• Collaborate with CRM, design, and content teams to align messaging and user experience
• Ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
