We develop a modern technological solution for operators across various GEOs, with a strong focus on international markets.

 

We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will build and scale the marketing function with a strong focus on B2B lead generation, performance marketing, SEO, and brand development.

Main Goal of the Role:

Build and scale the company’s marketing direction by ensuring a stable flow of B2B leads, strengthening brand awareness, and effectively managing the marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Traffic

* Build a strategy for attracting B2B inbound leads
* Develop SEO and organic traffic channels
* Manage paid traffic channels
* Launch performance campaigns via:

* LinkedIn
* Facebook
* Google Ads
* Industry-specific B2B media / niche placements
* Optimize CPL, CAC, ROMI / ROI

Brand & PR

* Develop the brand in international markets
* Build and execute PR strategy
* Work with B2B media, industry publications, and interviews
* Prepare case studies, success stories, and user cases
* Manage the company’s presence across professional social networks
* Increase brand awareness among operators, affiliate networks, and B2B partners

Content & Social Media

Manage corporate pages on:

* LinkedIn
* Facebook

Also responsible for:

* Content planning
* Preparing expert content
* Collaborating with design / product / sales teams on marketing materials
* Launching
thought leadership content on behalf of the C-level team

Analytics & Budget

* Build and defend the marketing budget
* Track marketing KPIs:

* Lead volume
* MQL
* SQL
* CAC
* CPL
* ROI / ROMI
* Funnel conversion
* Traffic quality
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports
* Analyze channel performance
* Work with analytics in CRM / BI / dashboards

 

Requirements:

* 3–4+ years of experience as Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
* Mandatory experience in B2B, iGaming, betting, fintech, or tech platform business
 

Strong expertise in:

* SEO
* Paid traffic
* B2B digital marketing
* Brand marketing
* PR
* Experience building lead generation for sales funnels
 

Strong understanding of B2B funnel stages:

* Lead
* MQL
* SQL
* Demo
* Deal conversion
* Experience managing marketing budgets of USD 50k–100k/month is a plus
* English level: Upper-Intermediate+
