L2 Support Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:
β€” Support of logging and monitoring tools;
β€” Setting up monitoring for servers and services;
β€” Troubleshooting of services, suggestions for its optimization;
β€” Investigation and processing of incidents.

Requirements:
β€” 2+ years of proven relevant experience;
β€” Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios);
β€” Experience with logging tools (ELK stack: ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, Filebeat);
β€” Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS), (bash, RegExp, practical skills of using text processing commands: grep, awk, sed, cut and other);
β€” Experience with Windows server (PowerShell).

Requirements (wished):
β€” Apprenticeship with relevant work experience in a high scale and complex environments;
β€” Scripting (bash, Python, Go);
β€” Knowledge of Nomad, Consul;
β€” Knowledge of GitLab;
β€” Strong troubleshooting skills;
β€” Strong communication skills;
β€” Self-motivated, well-organized and team player.
