Influencer Marketing Manager Offline

Work format: Part-time, fully remote

Role overview

You’ll be responsible for building partnerships with influencers and Telegram channels within relevant niches for a prediction markets aggregator — an internal product by Peanut Trade.

Your focus will be on establishing referral-based collaborations, identifying the right partners, negotiating placements, and managing relationships to drive user acquisition and test channel scalability.
 

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to relevant Telegram channels and influencers within targeted niches
• Negotiate and structure referral-based partnerships
• Adapt collaboration formats to fit each partner’s content style and audience
• Manage communication and relationships with partners end-to-end
• Track outreach efforts, conversion rates, and overall performance
• Analyze results and iterate on approach to improve outcomes
• Explore expansion opportunities into new geographies and formats over time
   

Requirements

• Experience working with influencers, channel owners, or content creators
• Strong negotiation skills, especially in performance-based or non-standard deal structures
• Ability to source and engage partners through both warm network and cold outreach
• Comfortable operating in a test-and-learn environment with a high level of ownership
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
• English — conversational level (for working with international partners)
• Russian or Ukrainian — fluent
   

Nice to have

• Existing network of Telegram channel owners or influencers
• Experience launching or scaling acquisition channels
• Background in crypto, trading, or prediction markets
