Motion Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer with a strong Graphic Design background to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and brand initiatives while maintaining a consistent visual identity across all channels.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

- 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer.
- 1+ year of experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Portfolio showcasing both motion design and graphic design projects.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

It will be a plus:
-Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D programs;
-Experience creating character animation;
-Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.);
-Basic knowledge of UX/UI and Figma.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

- Create motion creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and advertising platforms.
- Develop animated banners, promotional videos, and video ads.
- Animate existing brand assets and create new motion design concepts.
- Design static creatives for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Produce visual materials for events, presentations, and special projects.
- Work with typography, composition, and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
- Adapt creative materials for various formats, platforms, and advertising channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, SMM, and PR teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts and visual ideas.
