We’re hiring a Lead Generation / Growth Marketing specialist to manage and scale our outreach systems and broader growth marketing channels.

We are a U.S. based startup with operations in Kyiv. We offer strong growth potential and are looking for someone proactive, with relevant experience, and able to learn quickly.

This role focuses on B2C outreach execution, deliverability, and performance optimization.

You will own outbound efforts end-to-end, including research, data sourcing, campaign execution, and inbox placement.

NOTE!: On-site preferred (hybrid considered).

What You’ll Do

• Growth marketing research
• Manage and scale email outbound campaigns (Smartlead)
• Own the full workflow: sourcing, enrichment, optimization, and sending
• Maintain deliverability and email infrastructure (domains, DNS, reputation)
• Support and optimize overall outreach strategy
• Ensure EU compliance (GDPR, consent handling)
• Run LinkedIn outbound campaigns
• Improve performance through testing and iteration
• Scale into additional growth channels over time

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience prefered in outbound, lead generation, or similiar experience.
• English communication skills
• Experience with cold email tools (Smartlead or similar)
• Understanding of email infra setup and deliverability
• Experience working with outreach campaigns
• Comfortable using tools, data, and workflows
• Strong research and problem-solving skills

• Telegram marketing experience
