Our client Product Marketing Manager with a strong content mindset, sharp market instincts, and the ability to turn ideas into awareness, credibility, and demand.
This role is for someone who understands that great marketing starts with great narratives. Someone who knows how technical audiences think, how modern software teams operate, and how to create content that feels relevant, credible, and worth reading.
Youโ€™ll help define how the market sees us, shape our category, and make sure we consistently show up in the right places.

The platform is already live and has paying customers, helping R&D teams significantly increase development speed and efficiency by reducing manual work and enabling engineers to focus only on high-impact tasks.

Key Requirements:
๐Ÿ”น 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand, Growth or related roles;
๐Ÿ”น Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit and modern organic distribution channels;
๐Ÿ”น Background in software development or experience in engineering environments;
๐Ÿ”น Understanding of developer workflows, SDLC and R&D processes;
๐Ÿ”น Experience creating content for B2B / technical audiences;
๐Ÿ”น Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills;
๐Ÿ”น Experience marketing to engineers, product teams or technical leaders;
๐Ÿ”น Ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging;
๐Ÿ”น High ownership, self-direction, builder mentality;
๐Ÿ”น Strong judgment in tone, positioning and narrative;
๐Ÿ”น Startup experience, ability to build from zero;
๐Ÿ”น Strong communication skills and comfort working with international teams;

๐Ÿ”น Experience marketing to CTOs, VP Engineering, or R&D leaders;
๐Ÿ”น Experience with AI products, developer tools, DevOps, or engineering platforms;

๐Ÿ”น English โ€“ Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:
๐Ÿ”น Define and refine positioning, messaging and category narrative;
๐Ÿ”น Build awareness on LinkedIn, Reddit and other relevant channels;
๐Ÿ”น Create and publish content: founder posts, thought leadership, product stories, campaigns;
๐Ÿ”น Translate product features into business value for technical and business audiences;
๐Ÿ”น Develop brand voice, tone and narrative across all touchpoints;
๐Ÿ”น Manage and grow communities (Reddit, Discord, Slack, etc.);
๐Ÿ”น Work with founders, customers and prospects to understand market language and pain points;
๐Ÿ”น Test and scale growth ideas based on performance;
๐Ÿ”น Support go-to-market strategy and sales materials (case studies, decks, etc.);
๐Ÿ”น Gather customer feedback to influence positioning and product direction;
๐Ÿ”น Measure and analyze marketing performance (awareness, engagement, conversion);
๐Ÿ”น Help build demand in an emerging market;
๐Ÿ”น Act as a bridge between product and market, deeply understanding SDLC and developer needs;
