Sales Manager / Account Executive β€” SaaS for the U.S. Trucking Market

We are an ambitious U.S.-based startup β€” https://call2action.ai/ β€” operating in the U.S. trucking and analytics market.

As we continue to grow, we are building a strong sales team in Eastern Europe and are looking for 3–5 Sales Managers / Account Executives who can own and drive the full sales cycle for our SaaS product.
 

πŸš€ What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiations and closing deals
  • Work with both inbound and outbound leads
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs
  • Present our SaaS product and clearly communicate its value to potential customers
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently work toward sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams


βœ… Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales
  • At least 6 months of experience or strong familiarity with the trucking, transportation, logistics, freight, dispatch, or related industry
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Experience working with Eastern European and/or U.S. markets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A responsible, proactive, and results-driven mindset

  • Experience selling software, SaaS products, or IT services
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the U.S. trucking market, dispatch services, freight brokerage, fleet management, TMS, ELD, or logistics software

We offer a performance-driven compensation model with strong earning potential: 
20% Commission β€” for clients you independently source, manage, and close 
10% Commission β€” for company-provided leads that you successfully close 
+30% Bonus β€” for closing annual subscription deals (one-time bonus on first payment)
