Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Manager to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, improving return on ad spend, and continuously testing creative, audiences, and funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Set up campaign structures for lead generation, conversions, retargeting, and brand awareness
- Research audiences, interests, lookalikes, and remarketing segments
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, bids, placements, and creatives
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, hooks, landing pages, and CTAs
- Track key KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
- Analyze campaign results and prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members to develop high-performing creatives
- Ensure Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking are properly configured
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency and lead quality
Stay current on Meta platform updates, ad policies, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into optimization actions
- Familiarity with audience building, retargeting, and funnel strategy
- Strong testing mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
Experience with landing page performance analysis is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Experience in service-based, e-commerce, or lead generation businesses
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
Experience with creative strategy and performance marketing
