Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage a C&B / payroll finance function (20โ€“25 people) across multiple countries and entities;
  • Ensure accurate payroll, bonuses, benefits, equity, and tax-related payments across all geographies;
  • Build financial reporting and control system for all compensation processes, reporting to CFO;
  • Drive automation and optimization of payroll and compensation processes (ERP/1C/Baz, Excel, internal tools);
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls, audits, and compliance across all locations;
  • Manage multi-country, multi-format employment structures (B2B, contractors, mixed models);
  • Optimize costs, processes, and tax burden across group entities;
  • Solve operational and cross-team issues, ensuring structure, transparency, and accountability.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in senior leadership role (Head/Director) with 20+ people in management;
  • Strong background in payroll, C&B, financial control, or HR accounting in large structured companies;
  • Experience with multi-country operations and complex payroll systems;
  • Advanced Excel skills + experience with ERP systems (1C/Baz or similar);
  • Proven experience in process automation and optimization of finance/payroll workflows;
  • Strong understanding of taxation, payroll compliance, and financial controls;
  • Experience working with different employment formats (B2B, contractors, mixed models);
  • Strong analytical mindset + ability to build structure in complex, unorganized environments;
  • Willingness to work in multi-location setup with Cyprus as key hub (relocation/onsite required for onboarding).
