Sales Manager

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT services sales (websites, landing pages, mobile/web applications).
- Experience using common sales channels (freelance platforms, LinkedIn, social media, conferences, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT (terminology, product development stages).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Responsibilities: - Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals.
- Search for new clients and build a strong pipeline.
- Analyze the market and competitors.
- Identify new opportunities to promote company services.
- Improve sales processes and actively work with CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and results.
