As a Sales Manager, your main goal is to convert incoming and outbound leads into qualified, active clients.
This role is focused on quality over quantity - meaningful conversations, strong qualification, and moving leads through the funnel to activation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication skills: ability to engage, ask the right questions, and qualify leads
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to understand client needs and adapt messaging accordingly
- English - B2/C1 (must-have)
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or AdTech
- Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, messengers)
- Experience working with lead generation tools or automation
- Understanding of sales funnels and basic metrics (conversion, pipeline)
Responsibilities
- Work with inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels
- Qualify leads and identify client needs
- Convert relevant leads into active clients (account setup + first deposit)
- Maintain structured and up-to-date CRM data
- Follow up with leads and manage nurture communication
- Ensure no lead is lost and each has a clear next step
- Participate in conferences: outreach, meetings, follow-ups
- Track personal performance and report on key sales metrics
