We are a fintech company building virtual card and payment solutions.

As a Sales Manager, your main goal is to convert incoming and outbound leads into qualified, active clients.

This role is focused on quality over quantity - meaningful conversations, strong qualification, and moving leads through the funnel to activation.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication skills: ability to engage, ask the right questions, and qualify leads
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to understand client needs and adapt messaging accordingly
  • English - B2/C1 (must-have)

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or AdTech
  • Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, messengers)
  • Experience working with lead generation tools or automation
  • Understanding of sales funnels and basic metrics (conversion, pipeline)

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels
  • Qualify leads and identify client needs
  • Convert relevant leads into active clients (account setup + first deposit)
  • Maintain structured and up-to-date CRM data
  • Follow up with leads and manage nurture communication
  • Ensure no lead is lost and each has a clear next step
  • Participate in conferences: outreach, meetings, follow-ups
  • Track personal performance and report on key sales metrics
