Sales and Partnership Manager (SaaS B2B)
HESH is a Human-Centric Operating System for the craft economy โ an integrated platform combining PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning), all driven by AI agents. We help manual and light-manufacturing businesses replace spreadsheets and paper with a single system that runs their entire production.
Position Overview
We're looking for a Sales and Partnership Manager with experience selling ERP, MES, or other manufacturing software to own our B2B sales cycle and build our partner ecosystem. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll run demos, close deals, develop partnerships, and help shape the sales playbook from the ground up โ working directly with the founder.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Run product demonstrations tailored to each client's production setup and business goals.
Manage the full sales cycle โ from first contact and discovery to a signed contract.
Build and grow a partner network: integrators, industry associations, consultants, and adjacent service providers.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure a smooth hand-off to the Customer Success team.
Represent HESH at industry trade shows, conferences, and business events, and turn networking into pipeline.
Develop and execute sales strategies together with the founder and marketing team.
Work closely with product and tech teams to bring client feedback back into the roadmap.
Keep the CRM up to date, track pipeline, report on sales performance, and monitor market and competitor trends.
Requirements
2+ years of experience selling ERP, MES, PLM, MRP, or other manufacturing/industrial software in a B2B setting.
Comfortable with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (operations, IT, ownership).
Confident negotiating with business owners and top management, with a track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills โ both discovery and demo.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams.
Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven โ you take initiative without waiting for instructions.
English โ Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience selling into fashion, garment, textile, or adjacent light-manufacturing industries.
Domain knowledge of apparel production, supply chain, or factory operations.
An established network of contacts among production owners, COOs, or other decision makers.
Experience building or managing partner/reseller channels.
Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tooling.
