What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently with complex datasets, define and refine the right questions, and translate findings into actionable insights that support sales. Curiosity in exploring data beyond initial assumptions, as well as creativity in uncovering patterns, opportunities, and untapped areas for growth.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets for data analysis, including cleaning, organizing, and working with datasets; ability to use functions (e.g., XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and create clear data visualizations.
  • Openness to learning and using simple technical tools, such as no-code automations (n8n), APIs, JSON, and AI-assisted coding, even without prior experience. Comfort with light technical work.
  • Proactive mindset. The role of the Sales Operations team is to optimize, refine, and enhance the entire sales process. In everything you do, continually ask yourself: “What is not working here?” and “How could this be simplified, improved, or optimized?” Then follow through with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • English level: B2.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high data quality in our CRM and process consistency across sales and marketing systems.
  • Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making.
  • Design and implement automations using no-code tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform ad hoc research tasks.
  • Monitor essential sales pipeline metrics.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to implement strategies that improve sales performance, streamline sales processes, and enhance overall sales productivity.
  • Manage the overall sales tech stack, including HubSpot and other sales tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, LeadGen, and Finance teams to monitor and improve existing processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Onboard new sales team members.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in lead generation, data research, or sales-related areas.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing funnels.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry.
