SDR Manager (Outstaff Focus)
We are looking for an SDR Managerwith hands-on experience in identifying outstaffing opportunities and finding real client demand for team extension.
Responsibilities
โ Identify companies with active demand for IT outstaffing / team extension
โ Detect hiring signals (open vacancies, team scaling, etc.)
โ Find and approach decision-makers (CTO, Head of Engineering, Founder, etc.)
โ Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
โ Write personalized first-touch messages
โ Qualify leads and bring them to the first call
โ Handover qualified leads to Sales / Deal Closer
โ Analyze performance and continuously improve outreach approaches
Requirements
โ 1+ year of experience in SDR / lead generation with a focus on outstaff
โ Proven experience specifically in searching for outstaffing opportunities
โ Strong understanding of how to identify companies with real hiring / team extension needs
โ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
โ Understanding of the B2B sales funnel
โ Ability to write personalized outreach messages
โ Proactive and self-driven mindset
โ English level: B2+
