IT Recruiter (offline)

-- 2+ years of experience of full-cycle recruitment of IT vacancies for both technical and non-technical positions
-- Experience and skills in conducting interviews to identify competencies, finding talents
-- An understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
-- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
-- Readiness for continuous improvement of the recruitment process and professional skills
