Motion Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer who will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, combining traditional motion design skills with modern AI-driven production tools. The role focuses on scalable content creation, automation, and adaptation of video materials for different formats and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create educational and product-related videos (tutorials) aligned with business objectives
• Produce AI-generated video content using advanced AI tools
• Generate AI-based videos featuring real/consistent personas while maintaining identity recognition
• Develop lip-sync animations for characters and AI-generated visuals
• Adapt and resize video content for multiple platforms and formats (social media, ads, product, etc.)
• Localize video content for different audiences and regions
• Scale and systemize video production for high-volume output
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams to deliver creative video solutions
  
  Requirements
• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects (including plugins, scripts, and workflow automation)
• Experience integrating AI tools into video production workflows
• Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and asset preparation
• Ability to optimize and automate repetitive production tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Team collaboration mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
