Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development within FinTech (preferably PSP or payment processing).
• Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of online payments, including payment methods, flows, and providers.
• Understanding of KYB, compliance, and corporate structuring.
• Fluent English (B2 and higher) is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally to attend conferences and industry events.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
   

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on payment methods specific to targeted industries and regions.
• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with payment providers, acquirers, and alternative payment methods.
• Analyze and negotiate commercial terms to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Oversee technical integrations in collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of partners.
• Manage relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support and performance reviews.
• Attending events,conferences.
• Hire local consultants, contractors, and agencies.
