Affiliate Team Lead/Head of Affiliates

The team is now looking for an Affiliate Team Lead / Head of Affiliates who combines strong commercial thinking with proven leadership experience and optimizing affiliate programs, driving sustainable business growth through high-quality traffic and data-driven decision-making.
 

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming, working with platforms such as SoftSwiss/Affilka or Soft2Bet.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Head of Affiliate role.
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs.
• Hands-on experience managing a team of 5–10+ affiliate managers.
• Strong expertise in traffic sources including SEO, PPC, and Email/SMS.
• Solid understanding of traffic analysis, key KPIs, and business planning for partnership programs.
• Own database of partners and industry contacts.
• Experience in acquiring, managing, and growing affiliate partnerships.
• Deep understanding of affiliate program workflows and processes on the operator side.
• Ability and willingness to attend international conferences and industry events.

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 5–10+ Affiliate Managers with different experience levels and skill sets.
• Implement and execute the Affiliate Program business plan, KPIs, and strategic objectives, while supporting overall company business goals.
• Monitor market trends and generate and implement new business ideas and initiatives.
• Continuously optimize internal team workflows and business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Handle and resolve conflicts and complex or contentious situations within the team or with partners.
• Effectively delegate tasks, responsibilities, and KPIs across the team.
• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
