Lead Generation, Outreach and CRM Automation Specialist
Somma is a Sydney-based digital agency working with established businesses across Australia. We are seeking a high-calibre specialist to design and implement a complete outbound and CRM ecosystem not just to generate leads, but to build a structured, scalable system that can be replicated across our client base.
This role requires both strategic clarity and technical precision. You will be responsible for building a premium, fully integrated lead generation engine across LinkedIn, email, and CRM with a clear focus on quality, positioning, and long-term performance.
Scope of Work
- Build and manage highly targeted prospect lists aligned with our ideal client profile
- Execute LinkedIn outreach with personalised, well-positioned messaging
- Set up and manage cold email campaigns using ActiveCampaign, Apollo etc.
- Develop lead magnets and supporting funnels across outbound and inbound channels
- Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows (sequences, follow-ups, lead nurturing)
- Set up, structure, and optimise CRM systems with strong data hygiene and pipeline visibility
- Book qualified meetings directly into our calendar
- Track performance and continuously refine campaigns, messaging, and systems
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience building end-to-end lead generation and CRM ecosystems
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and cold email strategy
- Advanced capability across automation tools (ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Ability to identify, source, and qualify high-value target audiences
- Clear understanding of building repeatable, scalable systems
- Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, positioning, and quality outcomes
Key Requirement
We are looking for someone who can think beyond execution. This role requires a professional who can quickly understand different industries, define the right audience, and adapt strategies accordingly.
