About Pepsell
Pepsell is a B2B SaaS platform that helps manufacturers build a direct communication channel with points of sale and motivate in-store salespeople to recommend their products. Our clients include well-known international brands across multiple industries β NestlΓ©, Samsung, Philips, BAT, Royal Canin.
We solve a real problem: a manufacturer spends millions on advertising, but the salesperson in the store recommends a competitor. Pepsell fixes that.
The platform is already operating in Ukraine and internationally, with 200+ corporate clients and 400,000+ app users. We are now actively scaling.
About the Role
You will be the first marketer at Pepsell. That means building the marketing function from scratch β from strategy to daily execution. We are looking for someone who can both think and do. You will have direct support from the CEO and an external mentor with experience building marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
Marketing at Pepsell means understanding the customer, communicating clearly, building trust, and working with specific target accounts β all with one primary goal: bringing in new clients.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Positioning
- Define clear product positioning and a messaging framework for key segments and personas
- Map the lead journey from first touch to signed contract: touchpoints, materials, and messages at each stage
- Develop and execute a content strategy across funnel stages
- Develop and execute an ABM strategy for priority target accounts
Content & Communications
- Create content that converts: client case studies with numbers, articles, emails
- Run email marketing β nurturing sequences for warm leads at each funnel stage
- Prepare sales enablement materials: one-pagers, case studies, and everything that helps leads make decisions
- Repurpose every piece of content across formats: one case study β LinkedIn post, blog article, slides, newsletter, cold outreach snippet
- Grow content marketing and SEO/GEO for organic demand generation
- Build and manage the company's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Support the team with social selling β turning the CEO's and salespeople's personal profiles into lead generation channels
Events & Partnerships
- Organize company participation in relevant industry conferences and events
- Initiate and run webinars, podcasts, and panel discussions with representatives from target companies
Analytics
- Track the performance of marketing activities, prepare reports, and adjust based on data
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- 2β4 years of marketing experience at a B2B product company or B2B SaaS
- Experience with products or services that have a complex, long sales cycle
- Strong writing skills in Ukrainian: case studies, emails, articles
- Understanding of B2B lead generation tools and approaches
- Familiarity with ABM, or a clear ability and willingness to get up to speed quickly
- Self-direction: you plan your own work, bring ideas, and drive them to results without micromanagement
- Professional Ukrainian at a high level; English B2
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, or Telegram as marketing channels
- Experience with SEO and GEO (Google and AI search)
- Experience organizing online and offline events: webinars, conferences, podcasts
- Experience coordinating external contractors: designers, paid media agencies
- Understanding of FMCG, retail, or trade marketing
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Daily use of AI tools to optimize manual work
