​About the role
​We are looking for a person who can combine recruitment (around 70%) and HR operations (around 30%).
​In this role, you will own the hiring process from start to finish for both our internal roles and clients’ hiring requests. You will also support internal HR operations and help make our people processes more stable, clear, and well-organized.

- You take ownership of the full recruitment process
- You close open positions within realistic timeframes
- You build a strong and healthy candidate pipeline from different channels
- You manage HR operations with a high level of autonomy
- You improve hiring and HR processes, not only execute them
- You ask for management involvement only when really needed

​Main responsibilities
- ​Recruitment
- Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer or rejection
- Gather hiring requirements and turn them into clear job descriptions
- Estimate hiring timelines and expected recruiting effort
- Design sourcing strategy for each role
- Build and manage recruitment pipelines and hiring stages
- Source candidates through passive and active channels
- Post vacancies on job platforms
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Perform HR screening interviews
- Coordinate technical screening together with internal experts
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Schedule interviews and calendar events
- Follow up with candidates and internal interviewers
- Keep the recruitment process organized, professional, and candidate-friendly

- Support employee onboarding
- Help with agreement signing and related administrative steps
- Support employees with setup tasks, including Individual Entrepreneur processes in Ukraine
- Support offboarding
- Assist with performance management processes

- Help with retention activities, feedback collection, and 360 processes
- Support time, attendance, and leave-related processes
- Coordinate gifts, birthday cards, and holiday-related activities

- Collect and post reviews or feedback where relevant
- Support a positive and credible employer brand with simple, practical actions
​Requirements
- ​Experience and tools
- MUST HAVE
- Experience in recruitment across different types of roles
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Djinni, DOU, and similar tools
- Experience with any ATS or recruitment system
- Confidence using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools in daily work
- OPTIONAL
- Experience with Claude Code is a plus
- Experience with sourcing tools such as ContactOut, Apollo.io, or similar contact-finding tools
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email outreach is a plus
- Experience with paid LinkedIn features is a plus
