Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook, combining high-quality visual execution with data-driven paid advertising.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing real client accounts, creating engaging content, and delivering measurable results through paid campaigns.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content
- Develop and maintain consistent Instagram visual style and feed aesthetics
- Create and/or oversee production of Instagram posts (grid/feed)
- Create Instagram Stories (interactive, engagement-driven)
- Structure highlights and optimize profile presentation
- Optimize profiles (bio, highlights, structure) for conversion and branding
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media assets
Paid Advertising (Core Focus)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns
- Manage full funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion
- Continuously improve CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging
Analytics & Performance
- Track and report key performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, growth)
- Provide clear insights and optimization strategies
- Align campaigns with business goals and ROI targets
Requirements
- Proven experience managing real Instagram & Facebook accounts
- Strong portfolio with Instagram feeds, Stories, and profile optimization examples
- Demonstrated success in paid advertising campaigns

- Basic design skills (Figma, Photoshop, Canva)
