Overview
 We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook, combining high-quality visual execution with data-driven paid advertising.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing real client accounts, creating engaging content, and delivering measurable results through paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content

  • Develop and maintain consistent Instagram visual style and feed aesthetics
  • Create and/or oversee production of Instagram posts (grid/feed)
  • Create Instagram Stories (interactive, engagement-driven)
  • Structure highlights and optimize profile presentation
  • Optimize profiles (bio, highlights, structure) for conversion and branding
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media assets

Paid Advertising (Core Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns
  • Manage full funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion
  • Continuously improve CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging


Analytics & Performance

  • Track and report key performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, growth)
  • Provide clear insights and optimization strategies
  • Align campaigns with business goals and ROI targets



Requirements
 

  • Proven experience managing real Instagram & Facebook accounts
  • Strong portfolio with Instagram feeds, Stories, and profile optimization examples
  • Demonstrated success in paid advertising campaigns

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Ability to combine creative and analytical thinking
  • Understanding of conversion funnels



Nice to Have

  • Experience in scaling campaigns
  • Experience working with international brands
  • Basic design skills (Figma, Photoshop, Canva)
