Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating meaningful, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research to delivery and iteration.

You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, influencing business decisions through design, and ensuring a high-quality, consistent user experience across all platforms. This position requires both strong execution skills and the ability to think systemically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery
• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products
• Translate complex product and business requirements into simple and elegant user experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build, maintain, and evolve a robust design system and component library
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver product features
• Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
• Advocate for best design practices and help elevate the overall design quality within the team
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and shipped products
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin (or similar)
• Experience with responsive, adaptive, and cross-platform design
• Ability to work with design systems and ensure consistency at scale
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present and justify design decisions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in building and scaling design systems across multiple products
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working in product-driven companies or fast-paced startups
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Experience with A/B testing and data-informed design decisions
• Background in user research or interaction design
