Who we're looking for
A structured and motivated recruiter ready to grow with the team. If you have foundational experience recruiting tech talent and the drive to master hiring processes — this role is for you.

 

What you'll do

Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle hiring: from job posting to offer
  • Source and attract candidates (inbound applications + proactive outreach)
  • Conduct screening and interviews using structured guides
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and team leads throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare candidate summaries and participate in hiring decisions
  • Continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes

Basic HR functions:

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Maintain HR documentation (contracts, agreements)
  • Support adaptation and initial communication with new team members

 

Roles you'll be hiring for
iOS developers, product managers, designers, user acquisition specialists, and other tech/product positions.

 

What we expect

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in digital/tech)
  • Ability to structure your work, manage tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of the company for candidates
  • Eagerness to grow, learn, and dive deep into product specifics
  • English — B1 level (for communication with part of the team and candidates)

 

Nice to have

  • Experience working with product companies or startups
  • Active sourcing/hunting skills
