Product Owner (iGaming, Tier-1 Markets)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our iGaming product in regulated Tier-1 markets.

Your mission: drive sustainable LTV growth, improve retention mechanics, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Own and execute a 12–24 month product roadmap focused on Tier-1 markets
• Take full ownership of product P&L and key metrics: NGR, Retention (D1–D90), ARPU, FTD conversion
• Design and launch personalization features, bonus systems, loyalty programs, and CRM automation
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests to optimize funnels and retention
• Work closely with Marketing, BI, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams
• Manage backlog, write User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, lead Scrum ceremonies (2-week sprints)
• Ensure compliance with regulations (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen, etc.)

🔹 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in iGaming (real-money gambling)
• Proven experience in Tier-1 markets (UK, DACH, Canada, Nordics)
• Strong track record of improving Retention, NGR, LTV
• Solid understanding of unit economics and prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE)
• Experience with data (SQL or BI tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau)
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

🔹 Nice to have

• Experience with platform providers (EveryMatrix, SoftSwiss, Digitain)
• Understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, and game performance metrics
• Experience with CRM tools (Optimove, CleverTap, Braze)
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming frameworks
• Experience with crypto/web3 gambling products
