About the Role

We’re looking for a Researcher / Analyst who combines hands-on sourcing with strong market analytics.

This role is mostly about understanding the talent market and turning data into insights, with part of the work focused on supporting sourcing activities.

What you are involved in:

Analytics (main focus):

• Conduct talent market research (locations, availability, salary benchmarks, competitor companies)
• Build salary insights and support pre-sales with data
• Create talent maps and market overviews for new roles/clients
• Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for Recruitment & Sales

Research / Sourcing (supporting part):

• Build candidate pipelines for selected roles
• Support sourcing strategy for complex/niche positions
• Work with LinkedIn Recruiter/Linked in license, Boolean search, and other tools

What background do you have:

• 1.5+ years in research / sourcing / talent analytics
• Experience with market analysis, salary benchmarks, or pre-sales support
• Good understanding of tech roles and stacks
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/Business/Lite + Boolean search
• Ability to structure data and explain insights clearly
• Proactive and business-oriented mindset
• English intermediate
