Media Buyer (Facebook & Google Ads) – Marketly Digital

Join Marketly Digital as a Media Buyer and lead high-performing PPC campaigns across Facebook and Google. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across the full funnel—from acquisition and lead generation to CRO and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Search, PMax, LSA, Call Ads, Lead Forms)
  • Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and funnel strategy
  • Analyze and improve key metrics: CPL, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS
  • Conduct split testing and performance audits with actionable insights
  • Collaborate on ad creative, copy, and nurture sequences
  • Support lead nurturing and call funnel optimization

Success Metrics:

  • CPL <$60, CPC ↓15%, CTR ↑0.5%, CVR ↑3%
  • 20%+ scheduling rate, 50%+ show rate
  • 4:1+ ROAS across accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Facebook & Google Ads
  • Strong analytical, tracking, and reporting skills
  • Experience with CRO and funnel optimization
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Go High Level)
  • Solid understanding of sales copy fundamentals
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
