Media Buyer (Facebook & Google Ads) – Marketly Digital
Join Marketly Digital as a Media Buyer and lead high-performing PPC campaigns across Facebook and Google. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across the full funnel—from acquisition and lead generation to CRO and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Search, PMax, LSA, Call Ads, Lead Forms)
- Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and funnel strategy
- Analyze and improve key metrics: CPL, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS
- Conduct split testing and performance audits with actionable insights
- Collaborate on ad creative, copy, and nurture sequences
- Support lead nurturing and call funnel optimization
Success Metrics:
- CPL <$60, CPC ↓15%, CTR ↑0.5%, CVR ↑3%
- 20%+ scheduling rate, 50%+ show rate
- 4:1+ ROAS across accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook & Google Ads
- Strong analytical, tracking, and reporting skills
- Experience with CRO and funnel optimization
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Go High Level)
- Solid understanding of sales copy fundamentals
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
