Your Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closure
- Work with inbound leads (trial users, website requests) and proactively develop outbound opportunities
- Build, manage, and accurately forecast pipeline to consistently achieve quota
Lead Qualification & Discovery - Analyze and qualify incoming leads based on business and technical fit
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand customer needs and use cases
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
Product Demonstration & Deal Management - Deliver tailored product demos aligned with customer needs
- Prepare and present commercial offers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Manage mid-market and enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders
CRM & Pipeline Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, ensuring high data quality
- Track leads, opportunities, and deals for full pipeline visibility
- Use CRM insights to improve performance and conversion rates Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Provide structured market feedback to contribute to product and sales strategy
What you will do
Full-Cycle B2B Sales Execution
- Own the entire sales process: from first contact to deal closure
- Work with inbound leads (trial users, website requests) and outbound opportunities
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and quota achievement
Customer Engagement & Discovery
- Run discovery calls using structured frameworks (MEDDICC / BANT / SPICED)
- Identify business needs and align them with product value
Deal Management & Negotiation - Handle mid-market and enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
- Navigate complex sales cycles and objections
Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategy
Sales Process Improvement - Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest improvements
- Contribute to scaling and optimizing sales processes
We’re looking for someone who has experience with:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Full-cycle sales experience (prospecting → closing)
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED, or similar)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Proven experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong negotiation skills (mid-market / enterprise deals)
- Experience selling to technical audiences is a strong advantage
- Basic technical understanding (databases, APIs, cloud concepts)
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1+)
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
