Senior Operations Manager (Execution, SOPs)

We are hiring an execution-driven operator to work directly with the Head of Project and own delivery across high-impact, revenue-generating initiatives.

This is a hands-on role, not coordination or management.

You will build systems, drive projects end-to-end, and ensure nothing slips.

We measure two things: speed and quality.

Responsibilities:

Project execution

• Drive high-priority projects from brief → delivery
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across teams
• Track everything in motion and push work to completion

• Flag delays early and resolve blockers without escalation

   

Systems & SOPs

• Build and roll out SOPs for repeatable processes
• Create scalable operational frameworks
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them with systems (not manual workarounds)

• Own Notion as the central operations hub (structure, accuracy, visibility)

   

Execution support

• Translate priorities into clear plans with owners and deadlines
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
• Support growth, monetization, and automation initiatives
• Deliver concise research and actionable summaries

Documentation

• Maintain clear, usable process documentation

• Build a knowledge base that scales with the team

   

Requirements

• 4+ years in operations / project management / execution roles
• Strong Notion expertise (non-negotiable)
• Experience building and implementing SOPs across teams
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects without quality loss
• Understanding of marketing / growth operations

• English C1+

   

Nice to have

• Automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Experience in media / affiliate / performance marketing

• Tools: ClickUp, Airtable, Google Sheets
