Business Development Manager (iGaming, LATAM)
We are an international gaming and betting company with over 10 years of experience in the market and a global team of more than 5,000 employees. As we expand across Latin America—Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Chile, and Peru—we are looking for a strong Business Development Manager to scale our B2B vertical and drive growth across the LATAM region.
Our Products
- Turnkey Casino Solution — full platform setup, integrations, support, and risk management;
- Sportsbook Platform — proprietary odds feed, in-house risk management, and 24/7 support;
- Crypto Gateway (Web3 Vertical) — a standalone solution tailored for iGaming and adjacent markets;
- In-house Game Production — proprietary games developed internally;
American Lottery Platform — a ready-to-scale solution designed for operator distribution.
All products can be offered as standalone solutions or as part of a comprehensive end-to-end package.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy across the LATAM market;
- Identify priority segments and scalable product opportunities;
- Source, negotiate, and onboard new B2B partners and operators;
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals;
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences;
- Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to shaping the company’s value proposition;
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful integrations and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming (Sales or Business Development);
- Proven track record in B2B sales;
- Strong understanding of RevShare, GGR, and royalty-based models;
- English and Spanish at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
Availability to work within LATAM time zones (GMT-6 to GMT-5).
Nice to have:
- Portuguese and/or Russian language skills;
- Established network within the LATAM iGaming market;
- Experience selling sportsbook or turnkey casino solutions;
Experience working with Web3 or crypto-related products.
