Media Buyer (Gambling)

We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is already working with a spend-based model, knows how to buy traffic across different GEOs, manages daily spend of $1,000+, and is ready to scale to higher volumes.

Our main priority is candidates with hands-on experience in the following traffic sources: Facebook, In-App, TikTok.

We are not an agency.
We are an team with fast decision-making, and a healthy work environment without unnecessary bureaucracy. We’ve been buying traffic at scale since 2017, and since 2023 we’ve been fully focused on the gambling vertical.

What’s important for us:

• hands-on experience in iGaming / Gambling;
• confident experience working with a spend-based model;
• experience buying traffic across different GEOs;
• practical experience with Facebook, In-App, or TikTok;
• current daily spend of $1,000+;
• understanding of how to scale campaigns and grow volume;
• strong understanding of key metrics such as CPA, ROI, CPL, and others;
• experience with trackers such as Keitaro, Binom, or similar tools;
• independence, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset.

Will be a plus:

• proven scaling cases in gambling;
• experience working with affiliate networks and direct advertisers;
• ability to test new approaches quickly and identify growth opportunities.
