The role

We are looking for a medior or senior Google Ads specialist to join AdShip as a long-term freelance partner. You own a portfolio of dropshipping stores end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and get paid a fixed monthly fee based on your experience level.

This is not a one-off project; we are looking for someone who wants a stable long-term collaboration and grows with the agency.
 

What you will do

• Build and execute Google Ads strategies for dropshipping stores (Shopping, Performance Max, Dynamic Remarketing, Search).
• Optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center for maximum visibility and CTR.
• Set up automations and Google Ads scripts to scale accounts efficiently.
• Analyze data and report to clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Handle direct client communication; keep clients informed and aligned.
• Manage monthly ad budgets between €5K and €150K+ with full ownership.
   

Who you are

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in e-commerce; seniors with 4+ years are very welcome.
• Strong grip on Shopping, Performance Max and Dynamic Remarketing.
• Proven track record with feed optimization in Google Merchant Center.
• Comfortable with Google Ads scripts and automation tools.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets between €5K and €50K+.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Self-driven; you deliver results without needing to be managed.
• Bonus: direct experience working with dropshipping stores.
