Product UX/UI Designer at NetHunt CRM
We are looking for a Product UX/UI Designer to join our team and take ownership of the user experience of NetHunt CRM β a web-based B2B SaaS product used by thousands of sales teams worldwide.
This is not a role for someone who executes tickets.
We are looking for a designer who thinks in systems, identifies problems proactively, and drives product improvements.
About the product
NetHunt CRM is a SaaS sales automation tool that helps companies manage leads, nurture customer relationships, track sales progress, and close more deals. It fully and seamlessly integrates with the Gmail inbox, reducing friction in syncing vital sales-related data between Google and the CRM.
Product challenges youβll work with
- Improving complex reporting and dashboards to make data easier to understand and act on
- Simplifying multi-step workflows in a feature-rich CRM system
- Working with an evolving product that includes UX and design debt
- Balancing new feature development with improving existing user experience
Designing for both web app and browser extension environments
Your ownership area
You will take ownership of a significant part of the product experience, which may include:
- CRM core flows (leads, pipelines, interactions)
- Reporting and analytics experience
- User workflows inside Gmail integration
You will not just design screens β you will shape how the product works.
What youβll be doing
- Design and improve complex interfaces (dashboards, reporting, multi-step flows)
- Identify UX problems and propose solutions proactively
- Conduct UX research (user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis)
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
Contribute to and evolve the design system
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Experience designing data-heavy and complex interfaces
- Hands-on experience with UX research methods
- Product mindset: you focus on why, not just how it looks
- Ability to clearly communicate and defend your decisions
- English level sufficient to work with documentation
Will be a plus
- Experience with B2B SaaS / CRM products
- Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)
