About the Role:
This role is focused on supporting a seasoned CEO in day-to-day operations, communication flow, stakeholder interactions, and business coordination. You will become a key partner in planning, organizing priorities, preparing meetings, and maintaining high-level communication with partners and clients.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience supporting CEO / Founder / other C-level executives
- B2+ level of English
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Experience in business communication with partners, clients, and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and task / follow-up management
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, planning, and meeting schedule
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and priorities
- Participate in meetings with partners and clients
- Support business communication and correspondence
- Maintain CRM data and operational documentation
