π§© About the Product:
We are building a modular, white-label financial platform that includes both end-user applications and a B2B configuration environment for enterprise clients. The platform supports advanced data processing, user-facing financial experiences, and flexible configuration capabilities that allow organizations to tailor the product to their brand and market needs.
π About the Role:
As a Senior Product Designer focused on design systems, you will take ownership of the evolution of our Figma-based component library. Working within the UX team, you will define system architecture, establish token frameworks, and support multi-brand theming.
You will be responsible for structuring and maintaining high-quality design files, defining foundational tokens (such as color, typography, spacing, and motion), and building scalable, responsive components. You will also introduce lightweight governance practices to ensure the system remains consistent and adaptable over time.
π¨ Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the design system in Figma, ensuring clarity, scalability, and consistency
- Define and manage design tokens (color, typography, spacing, elevation, motion) to support multi-brand theming
- Build and document reusable component libraries using variants and auto-layout
- Drive system adoption and act as a key point of contact for design system decisions
- Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure usability and smooth designβdevelopment workflows
- Establish lightweight governance processes and continuously improve the system based on feedback and audits
π» Required Competence and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on design systems
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable Figma systems
- Deep understanding of Figma variables, modes, component properties, and variants
- Strong expertise in auto-layout and responsive component design
- Experience working on complex, modular products (e.g., B2B platforms, configurable systems, or large-scale applications)
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions
- Strong English communication skills

- Experience with design-to-code workflows, token pipelines, or Storybook
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Background in data-rich or transactional applications
- Experience with multi-brand or themeable systems
