🧩 About the Product:

We’re building a modular, white-label financial platform with both user-facing apps and a B2B configuration tool. It supports complex data processing and lets companies customize the product to fit their brand and market needs.

🌟 About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on design systems, you’ll own and grow our Figma component library. You’ll define the system structure, set up tokens (like colors, typography, and spacing), and support multi-brand theming.

You’ll create and maintain clean, scalable design files and build responsive components. You’ll also introduce simple guidelines to keep everything consistent over time.

In day-to-day work, you will closely collaborate with designers and engineers to keep design and development aligned. Your work will form the foundation for all product interfaces across multiple brands.

🎨 Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the design system in Figma, ensuring clarity, scalability, and consistency
• Define and manage design tokens (color, typography, spacing, elevation, motion) to support multi-brand theming
• Build and document reusable component libraries using variants and auto-layout
• Drive system adoption and act as a key point of contact for design system decisions
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure usability and smooth design–development workflows
• Establish lightweight governance processes and continuously improve the system based on feedback and audits

💻 Required Competence and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on design systems
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable Figma systems
• Deep understanding of Figma variables, modes, component properties, and variants
• Strong expertise in auto-layout and responsive component design
• Experience working on complex, modular products (e.g., B2B platforms, configurable systems, or large-scale applications)
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions
• Strong English communication skills

➕ Nice to Have:

• Experience with design-to-code workflows, token pipelines, or Storybook
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Background in data-rich or transactional applications
• Experience with multi-brand or themeable systems
