HR Generalist

In connection with the team expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist who will help develop HR processes and support effective interaction between employees and managers.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and forecasting staffing needs.
- Developing employee attraction and retention programs.
- Organizing initiatives to increase employee motivation.
- Monitoring the labor market and initiating changes.
- Analyzing HR data and analytical reports, implementing improvements based on the findings.
- Coordinating workload standardization, work schedules, and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
- Supporting internal transfers and team changes.
Participating in performance reviews, development programs, and internal rotations.
๐งฉ Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with hands-on experience in workforce planning and employee development.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes.
- Skills in analyzing HR data and preparing analytical reports.
- Experience in developing employee motivation and retention programs.
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, organizational abilities, and teamwork skills.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
