Due to team expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist​ who will ensure accurate and efficient personnel administration processes, maintain HR documentation, and support employees and managers on labor-related matters.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full cycle of employment administration processes, including hiring, internal transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain HR documentation, including the preparation and processing of orders, leave requests, transfer documents, and other personnel records.
  • Provide employees with guidance on Ukrainian labor legislation and internal HR procedures.
  • Ensure accurate working time tracking and timely updates to work schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain annual vacation schedules.
  • Inform and advise employees on new employment conditions, HR processes, and internal procedures.
  • Process employee requests related to personnel administration matters.
  • Participate in the improvement and optimization of administrative HR processes.
  • If required, support activities related to staff schedules, organizational structure updates, workforce planning, and employee bonus systems.

     

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or personnel administration.
  • Good knowledge of current Ukrainian labor legislation.
  • Hands-on experience in personnel administration and HR record-keeping.
  • Experience with staff schedules (development and updates) will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in workforce planning based on production needs will be a plus.
  • Experience with employee bonus systems (development, implementation, or improvement) will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing company or production environment will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills.

     

Hard Skills

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation.

  • Preparation of HR reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
