In connection with the team expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist who will help develop HR processes and support effective interaction between employees and managers.

 

๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and forecasting staffing needs.
  • Developing employee attraction and retention programs.
  • Organizing initiatives to increase employee motivation.
  • Monitoring the labor market and initiating changes.
  • Analyzing HR data and analytical reports, implementing improvements based on the findings.
  • Coordinating workload standardization, work schedules, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
  • Supporting internal transfers and team changes.
  • Participating in performance reviews, development programs, and internal rotations.

     

๐Ÿงฉ Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with hands-on experience in workforce planning and employee development.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes.
  • Skills in analyzing HR data and preparing analytical reports.
  • Experience in developing employee motivation and retention programs.
  • Strong communication skills, responsibility, organizational abilities, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
